Restaurants Discovered + Loved

Toni’s Sushi | South Beach
For starters, I loved the intimacy of the space. The space has been here since 1870, and offers a beautiful authentic dining experience. The food was incredible, every dish was perfect. A stand out for me was the miso seabass, which I craved for months after having! See video here.

Tâm Tâm | Downtown Miami
I felt like I was transported to a night in New York when I came here. This is a beloved Vietnamese and with good reason. Flavor, presentation, and overall atmosphere really take you on a journey. Order. It. All. Hear me out: check out the bathrooms! See video here.

Makato | Bal Harbour
As a design and food lover, Makato stuns me every time. it was designed by the iconic India Mahdavi, and the palette is so inviting, complementing the food perfectly. I’ve never had a bad dish here! I love the wagyu short rib on the robata Japanese grill is outstanding as is the seabass! See video here.

PASTA | Wynwood
PASTA has easily made its way into my top 5 restaurants. They have locations in Wynwood and in Peru. I’ve been to both and both have blown me away. I can’t even recommend one thing because it was all fantastic, there is such a synergy in the kitchen and the food reflects that! See video here.

NAORI | Sunrise
Well, I’m biased. Incredible Peruvian food close by? Yeah, captures my heart. The dishes, especially seafood, are SO fresh. Flavors galore. They also have a local in Peru that is incredible. I highly recommend their nikkei!! See video here.
